Welcome to Wilson H2 Ranch, a new and unique equine facility and ranch located on 50 acres in the picturesque cottage country of the Kawartha Lakes.
Wilson H2 Ranch is home to HorseDream Canada, a Licensed Partner of HorseDream International. We provide personal and professional development through a unique and innovative approach to Equine Assisted Education. HorseDream was founded in Germany by Gerhard and Karin Krebs, and is exactly what is needed in business life: reality and vision - both concepts are incorporated into this name.
For the horseback riding enthusiast, experienced or new to the world of horses, children and adults can ride both Western and English at Wilson H2 Ranch. They can board their horses, take lessons, and experience "Leisure, Learning, Fun"! English riding lessons are taught by Renee Reeves, a certified instructor and accomplished horsewoman. Susan Wilson, the Ranch owner and resident Reiner ensures that horses and people alike are having lots of leisure, learning and fun.
Ben Guy, the Boss Buckaroo, leads the “cowboy” activities, including cattle and ranch work, and roping. For those who want a more intensive ‘cowboy’ experience, H2 offers the Ontario Cowboy Getaway – a working weekend or vacation with horses, learning and living the fundamentals of cattle and ranch work.
A highlight at Wilson H2 Ranch is the natural, juicy and tender beef that we have for sale. We raise a small herd of cows, fed and cared for by our own ranch hands.
